Bookings and Payments

Appointments can be made by phone, online, or in person at Namo Thai Massage.
A confirmation SMS will be sent once your appointment is secured.
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before your treatment begins.
Accepted payment methods include cash, EFTPOS, and Afterpay.

Late Arrival and Cancellation

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
If you're late, your treatment time may be reduced out of respect for the next client.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
$15 Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations and no-show.

Health and Safety

Please inform your therapist of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before your treatment.
Some conditions may require changes to your treatment or result in it being declined.
Let your therapist know immediately if you experience discomfort or pain.
All treatment areas and tools are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between clients.

Misconduct Policy

We are committed to providing a respectful and professional environment.
Any inappropriate behaviour, including harassment or misconduct, will not be tolerated.
Strictly no sexual behaviour or requests will be tolerated during any massage treatment.
Therapists reserve the right to end a session immediately without refund if misconduct occurs.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available to purchase online or in-store.
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
Must be presented at the time of your appointment.
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
